Fandic IPS Program
In our commitment to assist those in need, we offer services both within and outside our facilities. Our focus is to provide comprehensive and collaborative rehabilitation of excellent quality, with the aim of enhancing the health, functionality, and participation of children and young people with disabilities in their daily, educational, and social activities.
The Community Rehabilitation program was strengthened through:

The implementation of three (3) agreements with the disability program of the Secretariat for Social Development of the Mayor's Office of Bucaramanga, providing therapeutic care to 186 children, young people, and young adults with disabilities in the city of Bucaramanga, in urban and rural areas, with problems of violation of fundamental rights and during difficult economic and social situations. The economic support of the mayor's office was 70%. Fandic 30% to have an interprofessional team that would provide therapeutic care from Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, and nursing articulated with pedagogy and social work to generate processes of educational and social inclusion and eliminate barriers to access to services for the benefit of the rights of each of the beneficiaries and their families. Likewise, for the first time in these agreements, the process of occupational orientation and labor inclusion for young adults with disabilities was carried out.

b) The realization of academic agreements with the different universities of the city, providing through its practitioners therapeutic, social, and legal care to the beneficiaries of Fandic and their families.
c) Through volunteers from the different areas who provided their knowledge and support.
