Occupational Guidance and Labor Inclusion Program

Fandic guides individuals with disabilities in identifying and developing their occupational profiles. Our services include monitoring profiles, providing psychological support to the person with a disability and their support network, conducting psychological, attitudinal, and behavioral assessments, as well as conducting mock interviews to prepare for employment opportunities.

 

Additionally, we offer consultancy services to both public and private sector companies regarding the path to labor inclusion for people with disabilities and relevant regulations.
