Education Inclusion Program
FANDIC provides guidance to individuals with disabilities, parents, teachers, schools, and universities regarding the educational inclusion process in accordance with the 2017 Decree 1421 and the Universal Design for Learning (UDL). The aim is to make reasonable adjustments, create flexible curricula, and eliminate barriers—particularly attitudinal barriers arising from a lack of understanding about disabilities and the purpose of learning in the classroom and throughout life.
FANDIC offers school support and follow-up to strengthen parents and caregivers in the educational process for their children, whether they have disabilities or face learning difficulties in various educational institutions.
Their services include:
- Classroom diagnosis of learning styles and models.
-
Individualized consultations based on student or teacher needs.
-
Development of Individualized Plans with reasonable adjustments, and implemented interdisciplinarity.
-
Therapeutic evaluation and intervention to support the educational inclusion process.
-
Workshops for teachers and parents on regulations, disability, inclusion, and teaching strategies.
